Ingredients:
– 1 lb bag of Interseafish Whitebait
– 2 cups of flour
– Pan with oil
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1 lemon cut in parts
Cooking instructions:
Preheat the oil in the pan to 175°C, meanwhile wash the whitebait under running water and pat them dry.
Add the flour in a bowl together with the salt and pepper and whisk to combine.
Add the whitebait to the bowl with flour and mix.
Once mixed, add the whitebait in the heated pan and fry for about 3 minutes until golden and crispy.
Drain the fried whitebait on a fine rack or on paper towels.
Serve the whitebait with some lemon parts and add a sauce of preference.
