Fish, molluscs, crustaceans and shellfish are natural products, the quality of which is highest immediately after the catch. Especially when it comes to excellent tuna.
An optimally coordinated network of fishermen, suppliers, logistics partners and processors work closely together to keep this quality optimal.
The tuna we catch is frozen on board directly after catch at a temperature of -60ºC. The fishermen with whom Interseafish works are specially selected based on that catching and processing method, as this results in the best quality tuna.
But the final quality of the product is also the most important consideration for other fish, molluscs, crustaceans and shellfish. Hardly any Interseafish product contain additives, but even when we do add an additive, it is applied in a well-balanced way and is always done to ensure quality.
