{"id":4357,"date":"2024-01-01T11:12:54","date_gmt":"2024-01-01T11:12:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/interseafish.com\/grote-hele-zeebaars-met-een-zout-korst\/"},"modified":"2024-10-09T14:32:00","modified_gmt":"2024-10-09T14:32:00","slug":"grote-hele-zeebaars-met-een-zout-korst","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/interseafish.com\/nl\/grote-hele-zeebaars-met-een-zout-korst\/","title":{"rendered":"Grote hele zeebaars met een zout korst"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Bereidingstijd<br\/>Ongeveer 45 minuten<\/p>\n\n<p>3 porties<br\/>270 kcal \/ portie<\/p>\n\n<p>Ingredienten:<\/p>\n\n<p>&#8211; 1 grote hele zeebaars (schoongemaakt\/gestript, zonder schubben)<br\/>&#8211; Een takje dille<br\/>&#8211; 1 citroen in schijfjes<br\/>&#8211; Zout en peper<br\/>&#8211; 1,5kg zeezout<br\/>&#8211; 6 eiwitten<\/p>\n\n<p>Kook instructie:<\/p>\n\n<p>Ontdooi de hele zeebaars voor de bereiding.<\/p>\n\n<p>Verwarm de oven voor op 200\u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n<p>Spoel de hele zeebaars af onder koud stromend water en droog af met keukenpapier.<\/p>\n\n<p>Snijd vervolgens de citroen in plakjes en vul de hele zeebaars met de dille en schijfjes citroen. Breng op smaak met peper en zout. <\/p>\n\n<p>Meng het zeezout samen met de eiwitten in een kom tot je een mooi &#8216;nat&#8217; mengsel hebt. Verdeel een beetje van het mengsel over de bodem van een ovenschaal en leg de gevulde zeebaars erop.
