{"id":5642,"date":"2024-01-01T11:12:54","date_gmt":"2024-01-01T11:12:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/interseafish.com\/whole-large-seabass-with-a-salty-crust\/"},"modified":"2024-09-26T12:06:45","modified_gmt":"2024-09-26T12:06:45","slug":"whole-large-seabass-with-a-salty-crust","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/interseafish.com\/fr\/whole-large-seabass-with-a-salty-crust\/","title":{"rendered":"Whole Large Seabass with a salty crust"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Preparation time<br\/>About 45 minutes<\/p>\n\n<p>3 servings<br\/>270 kcal \/ serving<\/p>\n\n<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n\n<p>&#8211; 1 large whole (cleaned \/gutted descaled) Seabass<br\/>&#8211; A branch of dill<br\/>&#8211; 1 lemon in slices<br\/>&#8211; Salt and pepper<br\/>&#8211; 1,5kg of sea salt<br\/>&#8211; 6 egg whites<\/p>\n\n<p>Cooking Instruction:<\/p>\n\n<p>Defrost the whole seabass prior to preparation.<\/p>\n\n<p>Preheat the oven at 200\u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n<p>Rinse the whole seabass under cold running water and dry with a piece of paper towel.<\/p>\n\n<p>Next, cut the lemon in slices and stuff the whole seabass with the dill and lemon slices. Finish by season with salt and pepper. <\/p>\n\n<p>Mix the sea salt together with the egg whites in a bowl until you have a nice \u2018wet\u2019 mixture. Spread a bit of the mixture on the bottom of an oven dish and put the stuffed seabass on top of it.
